A reputable company in Moscow is seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases to ensure data security, availability, and integrity. You will also be involved in database design, development, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of database management systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company databases to ensure data security, availability, and integrity
- Develop database structures and implement changes as needed
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place
- Collaborate with other teams to design, develop, and implement new databases or enhancements to existing ones
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and database management tools such as Oracle, MySQL, or MS SQL Server
- Experience with database design, development, and implementation projects
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
