We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main goal will be to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment while completing tasks according to project plans and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Perform daily maintenance checks on machinery and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and moving materials
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and completion of projects on time
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times and promote a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator with knowledge of various types of heavy machinery
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to equipment operation
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Valid visa for Russia (company can provide assistance if needed)
- Willingness to relocate to Moscow for the duration of the job contract
