Heritage Conservation Architect

A prestigious preservation architecture firm in Moscow is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heritage Conservation Architect to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of historical buildings and structures to determine their cultural significance
- Develop detailed conservation plans and strategies for the preservation of these structures
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of conservation projects
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with conservation standards and guidelines
- Participate in public outreach initiatives to raise awareness about architectural heritage preservation
- Stay updated on current trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural conservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of heritage conservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history and styles, as well as preservation techniques and materials
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is preferred
