Commercial Architect for a Leading Architecture Firm in Moscow, Russia

Our architecture firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing commercial projects such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design specifications are being met
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on projects in Russia or familiarity with Russian building codes and regulations
