Architecture Project Manager


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Project Manager to join our team in Moscow. As an Architecture Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design concepts to final construction. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project completion within budget and on time
- Develop project plans and timelines, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Review and approve project designs, drawings, and documents
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with Russian building codes and regulations
- Fluency in Russian
- LEED certification

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
