Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

As a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized fitness programs to clients of all ages and fitness levels. You will work closely with clients to assess their individual needs and goals, and provide guidance and motivation for them to reach their full potential. Your duties will include creating workout plans, demonstrating exercises, monitoring progress, and providing nutritional advice. You must have a strong understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting fitness assessments and consultations with new clients
- Designing personalized workout plans based on client's goals, abilities, and limitations
- Demonstrating proper form and technique for various exercises
- Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to their program
- Providing nutritional advice and guidance to support clients' fitness goals
- Motivating and inspiring clients to push past their limits during workouts
- Maintaining a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Continuously educating yourself on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor
- Certification in personal training or related field (e.g. ACE, NASM)
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Passion for health and wellness
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month
Accommodation: Provided for foreigners

Location: Moscow (non-Russian candidates are welcome)
