Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Moscow

We are currently hiring an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Moscow. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing the menu, training and managing kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and ensuring smooth operations of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu offerings based on seasonal availability
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers
- Maintain high quality standards for all food items served
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant management on budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost controls
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation from ordering ingredients to plating dishes
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Ability to create innovative menu offerings while adhering to budget constraints
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is a seasonal job with the potential for extension based on performance.
