We are a highly-rated English-speaking restaurant in Moscow seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving profitability.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience managing a diverse team of employees
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profits
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management
- Train and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints promptly
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while controlling costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
