A popular restaurant in Moscow is seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Create schedules for employees and ensure adequate coverage
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth service
- Set sales goals and implement strategies to reach them
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing budgets
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
