Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Moscow. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality. You will also be responsible for managing and training staff, creating work schedules, and handling administrative tasks such as inventory management and budgeting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all staff members
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Create work schedules for staff and manage payroll
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budget reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is a plus
Salary: $1400/month (negotiable)
Location: Moscow, Russia (visa sponsorship available)
Preference given to Kenyan nationals or English-speaking foreigners with 12th grade education.
