We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Moscow. As an English speaking Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a barista, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders for coffee and other beverages
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, workstations, and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
