Indian Chef in Moscow

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Moscow. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. You must have a deep understanding of Indian cuisine, including various cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes according to our menu and recipes
- Ensure all meals are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality and taste
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and traditions
- Ability to create dishes with authentic flavors while adhering to company standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills - fluent English is not required but preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus additional benefits.
