Indian Chef in Moscow



We are searching for a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Moscow. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels
- Ensure all food safety standards are met and maintained in the kitchen
- Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to handle high volume production while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills (English speaking preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in Moscow (Indian nationality preferred)

Salary:
Competitive salary of 1600$ per month based on experience and qualifications.
