Construction Project Manager - Moscow, Philippines


We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Moscow, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As a Construction Project Manager, your main duties will include creating project plans, setting timelines and budgets, hiring and managing subcontractors and vendors, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and monitoring progress. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and addressing any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Construction Management or a related field with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Experience working on international projects and familiarity with local construction regulations in the Philippines is highly preferred.

Additionally, strong leadership skills are essential for success in this position as you will be managing a team of professionals from different backgrounds. Excellent communication skills are also crucial as you will be liaising with clients, subcontractors, and government officials throughout the project.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. We offer visa sponsorship for our foreign employees as well as free accommodation during their stay in Moscow. Part-time options may also be available depending on the project requirements.
