Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Moscow. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Maintain the office filing system, organize documents and maintain supplies inventory.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Perform data entry, update company databases and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing and record keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure the office is clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Biometric passport preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in Moscow.
