Pastry Chef - Indian Cuisine


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Moscow. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious Indian-inspired desserts and pastries for our customers. Your creativity and passion for pastry making will be the key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and visually appealing dessert menus with an Indian twist
- Prepare a variety of traditional Indian desserts such as gulab jamun, ras malai, and kulfi
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high quality and consistency in all pastry offerings
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and proper storage
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in techniques and recipes
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably with knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Passion for creating unique and delicious pastries with an Indian influence
- Strong understanding of flavor profiles, textures, and presentation in pastry making
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think outside the box

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Moscow (candidates must be willing to relocate)
Nationality: Indian preferred
Language: Fluency in English required
