Waiter/Waitress for Indian Restaurant in Moscow


We are a well-established Indian restaurant located in the heart of Moscow, seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers with attention to detail and presentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
- Fluent in English, additional language skills (Hindi or another Indian language) is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Russia
