Baker - Indian Cuisine



As a Baker specializing in Indian cuisine, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of traditional Indian baked goods. Your expertise in using authentic ingredients and techniques will be key in delivering high-quality and delicious products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of Indian baked goods such as naan, roti, paratha, and samosas
- Follow traditional recipes and techniques to ensure authenticity and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to food safety standards
- Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistency
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients as needed
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be proficient in baking a variety of Indian breads and snacks
- Knowledge of traditional Indian spices, herbs, and ingredients is required
- Previous experience working as a Baker in an Indian restaurant or bakery is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Moscow.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position.

Experience Level:
No prior experience is required for this position. However, candidates with previous baking experience will be given preference.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position. The ability to communicate effectively in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred.
