We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team at a bakery in Moscow, Russia. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are looking for part-time work and require visa sponsorship. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, such as breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to recipes
- Bake products in accordance with established procedures
- Decorate and present finished products in an attractive manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Check ingredients for freshness and quality before use
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Baker or Pastry Chef
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be physically fit as the role involves standing for long periods of time
- English language skills are not required but would be an advantage

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
