Administrator for English Speaking Company in Moscow
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Administrator to join our English speaking company in Moscow. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team with daily administrative tasks. This position is perfect for Malayalees looking for part-time work without prior experience, as we provide training and accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and invoices.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary: 1100$ per month.
