IT Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated IT Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures, and ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of our systems.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems.
- Monitor network performance to identify potential issues and implement solutions to optimize performance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to make recommendations for improving our systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record of implementing successful IT projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.

Salary: 1200$
Location: St. Petersburg (Pakistani Nationals preferred)
