Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers experiencing issues with computer systems, software, and hardware. Your main duties will include troubleshooting problems, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing technical training to clients as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a strong technical background. You should also be patient, empathetic, and able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot computer system, software, and hardware issues
- Identify and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide timely resolution of customer issues
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Provide technical training as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a technical support role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers
- Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications is a plus

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: St-Petersburg (candidates from other cities will also be considered)
