Technical Support Specialist for Computer Systems in St. Petersburg, Russia



We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients with computer systems and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients with computer systems and hardware issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including operating systems and software applications
- Set up new computer equipment for clients and ensure proper functionality
- Educate clients on proper use of computer systems and provide training when necessary
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Collaborate with other members of the technical support team to resolve complex issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure efficient support services are provided

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support for computer systems
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac OS)
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware components (motherboards, hard drives, memory)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
