We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our international company in St. Petersburg. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure successful project delivery and team performance. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and previous experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate to St. Petersburg.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to deliver high-quality projects within the given timeline.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in their daily tasks.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Communicate with clients regularly regarding project updates, issues, and resolutions.
- Identify training needs for team members and provide necessary training sessions.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay updated with industry developments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
