We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role is open to Malayalees, Filipinos, and English speakers with or without experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and define project scopes, goals, and deliverables
- Identify project resources and assign responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide regular status reports
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects adhere to company standards and processes
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
