Data Analytics Specialist



As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and providing insights to drive decision-making and improve business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, develop analytical solutions, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize statistical techniques to analyze complex data sets
- Develop and maintain databases for efficient data management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business questions and develop analytical solutions
- Conduct predictive modeling for forecasting and trend analysis
- Interpret and present findings in visualizations, reports, and presentations
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as regression analysis, clustering, time series forecasting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a focus on analytics
- Experience working with large datasets in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month and full-time employment at our office located in St. Petersburg. This position is open to candidates of any nationality; however, proficiency in English is preferred. A biometric passport is required for this role.
