Online Consultant - St-Petersburg, Russia (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in St-Petersburg. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online platforms. This is a contract position with the opportunity for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide timely and accurate responses to clients' inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients with navigating our online platform and troubleshooting any technical issues
- Educate clients on our products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or questions they may have
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of online platforms and social media channels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $1200 per month
