Facade Engineer



As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of building facades. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that the facade is not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing building facades using various materials such as glass, metal, and stone
- Conducting structural analysis to ensure the facade can withstand natural forces such as wind and earthquakes
- Collaborating with architects to incorporate their design ideas into the facade
- Preparing detailed drawings and specifications for the construction of the facade
- Overseeing the installation of the facade and conducting site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during construction and providing solutions
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations related to facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Previous experience in facade design or construction is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to facades
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with colleagues and clients

1000$ per month
