Facade Specialist

Our engineering firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the exterior appearance of buildings, providing structural support and ensuring functionality. Your attention to detail, creativity and knowledge of building materials will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing facades for new construction or renovation projects
- Selecting appropriate building materials and finishes
- Conducting structural analysis to ensure stability and safety
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and contractors to develop cohesive designs
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams
- Overseeing the installation and implementation of facade designs
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during construction or after completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facade design and construction
- Extensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
-Nationality preference for Nepali candidates
-Speaking proficiency in English
-Prior experience working on projects in St. Petersburg

Salary: $1000 per month
