Preservation Architect - St-Petersburg
We are seeking an experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. This includes conducting research, creating preservation plans, and overseeing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and a passion for preserving cultural heritage. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on historical buildings and structures to understand their significance and unique features
- Create preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure proper restoration techniques are used
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to ensure the preservation of cultural heritage sites
- Prepare reports on project progress and present findings to clients or governing bodies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical building materials, techniques, and construction methods
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
