Industrial Architect



We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and other structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and efficient spaces that meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements and goals
- Develop initial concept designs for industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of the design
- Collaborate with contractors to address any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to the design
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for industrial structures
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 900$ per month
