Senior Architect - St. Petersburg, Russia


Our architectural firm is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various projects, as well as overseeing the work of junior architects and designers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers to ensure high-quality work is produced
- Conduct site visits and attend meetings with clients and contractors as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on time

Salary: 1700$ per month
