We are a well-established flower shop in St-Petersburg, Russia looking for an experienced florist to join our team. As a florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements based on customer requests
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs
- Participate in promotional events and workshops to showcase your skills as a florist

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a florist
- Creativity and attention to detail are essential
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and how to create various arrangements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills in Russian; knowledge of English is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time with flexible hours including weekends
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
