Executive Chef - St. Petersburg


We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in St. Petersburg. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's culinary operations, from menu planning and food preparation to kitchen management and staff training.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menus that cater to the diverse tastes of our guests
- Ensure that all food served meets high quality standards and is presented attractively
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Monitor food costs and labor expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Implement food safety procedures and maintain compliance with health code regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and menu planning
- Ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution
- Experience working in international kitchens or with diverse cuisines
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Accommodation: Provided by company
Visa/Work Permit: Sponsored by company
Contract type: Temporary (6 months) with potential for extension
Language requirement: Fluent in English
