A bustling cafe in St-Petersburg is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control of all drinks by following proper recipes and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times, including the counter, equipment, and storage areas
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform management when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers
- Work with the rest of the team to create a positive and efficient work environment

Requirements:
- Must have prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee-making techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in St-Petersburg

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
