We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Russia
