Experienced Barista in St. Petersburg, Russia

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty drinks
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to educate customers and make recommendations
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company standards for taste and presentation
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, and latte art techniques preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple customers at once
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Salary: $1200 per month
