We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating effective displays and layouts for our products in retail stores, ensuring that they are visually appealing and in line with company standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand product positioning and target audience
- Develop display strategies for various retail stores to showcase products effectively
- Create eye-catching product displays that align with brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are restocked in a timely manner
- Conduct regular store visits to check on displays, product availability, and overall customer experience
- Build strong relationships with store managers to negotiate prime display locations
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust display strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Indian national currently residing in St-Petersburg or willing to relocate at own expense
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and creative mindset
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer behavior

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1000 per month.
