Machine Learning Engineer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
- Use various techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to build models.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing machine learning models for improved performance.
- Implement data pipelines and data processing techniques to prepare data for model training.
- Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance of different machine learning algorithms.
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing machine learning models in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems.
