Teamlead - Chelyabinsk, Pakistan

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Chelyabinsk, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deadlines. As the Teamlead, you will be the main point of contact between upper management and team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Train new team members on company processes and procedures
- Handle any issues that may arise within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
