We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks
- Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates on project status
- Prepare reports on project progress, budget, risks, and outcomes for senior management
- Continuously evaluate project processes and procedures for improvement opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry (construction preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills preferred)

Salary: 1700$ monthly
