Online Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Online Consultant to provide expert guidance and support to our clients through virtual communication channels. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues and providing helpful recommendations. Your goal will be to establish a positive relationship with our clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of the Indian job market and familiarity with online platforms for job search would be advantageous.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, making it suitable for students or those looking for additional income. As an Online Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Chelyabinsk.

Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients via online platforms and provide timely and accurate responses
- Address client inquiries regarding job opportunities, application processes, etc.
- Resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients in a professional manner
- Understand each client's unique needs and provide personalized recommendations accordingly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
- Stay updated on current trends in the Indian job market to better assist clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall service quality

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential (additional fluency in Hindi would be a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of the Indian job market and familiarity with online platforms for job search would be advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and computer/laptop

Salary: 1700$ per month (based on experience)
