Facade Engineer

As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior of buildings and structures. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of building facades. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to create innovative and sustainable designs that meet client requirements. This is a contract position based in Chelyabinsk, with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing facade systems for new construction projects
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine the best materials and methods for each project
- Creating detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Collaborating with architects to ensure design compatibility
- Overseeing facade installation to ensure compliance with design plans
- Conducting site visits to assess potential issues and provide solutions
- Performing structural calculations to ensure the safety and stability of facades
- Conducting quality control inspections during construction process
- Researching new materials and techniques to improve efficiency and sustainability of facades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience in facade design or related field preferred but not required
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (native Indian speakers preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport required for international travel
