Plasterer - Chelyabinsk, Pakistan


A reputable construction company in Chelyabinsk is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings and other surfaces to create a smooth and attractive finish. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
- Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings and other surfaces using hand tools or machines
- Smooth and level out plaster using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Create decorative textures and designs in the surface of the plaster
- Repair any cracks or holes in existing plaster
- Ensure that the finished product is free of imperfections and meets the client's specifications
- Clean tools and work area after each job is completed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Physical stamina and strength to work with heavy materials
- Attention to detail and precision in your work
- Good communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi fluency is a plus)
- Willingness to work on contract basis without prior experience
- Pakistani nationality preferred
