As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up forms for pouring concrete
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications accurately
- Familiarity with different types of concrete materials, tools, and techniques
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
