We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal structures and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$. This job is suitable for Indians who have experience in metalworking.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Cut, shape, bend, and weld metal components using various tools and techniques such as saws, grinders, welding torches, etc.
- Assemble and install metal structures and equipment according to specifications
- Repair damaged metal components or structures as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using various tools for metalworking
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG/TIG/Stick)
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements
- Good communication skills
- Valid work visa (visa sponsorship available)
