Heavy Equipment Operator


A heavy equipment operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, cranes, excavators, and loaders. They work on construction sites and other projects to move materials, dig trenches, and perform other tasks as directed by their supervisor.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure its proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate with site supervisor to understand project requirements
- Use hand signals and radio communication to coordinate with ground workers
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety procedures for operating heavy machinery
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia

Preferred Nationality: Indian or Malayalee
