We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to company protocols
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks according to deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues immediately to supervisors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Knowledge of different types of heavy machinery and their functions
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Biometric passport (preferred)
