Architectural Technologist

Our company is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating design drawings, conducting site surveys, and assisting with project management. You must have strong technical skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed design drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site surveys and gather necessary information for projects
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project success
- Stay updated on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience in project management is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia
