Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative architectural solutions for various projects. You will work closely with clients and project managers to understand their needs and requirements, and then use your expertise to produce high-quality designs that meet all specifications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction materials, building codes, and sustainable design principles. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to determine design objectives and requirements
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit to create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings
- Develop concept sketches, renderings, and models to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures or potential building sites
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and labor required for construction projects
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other similar software
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, building codes, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
